How to Print Bingo Cards at Home (Paper, Size and Settings)

Choose the paper

Standard printer paper works for single-use games. For reusable cards, use 65 lb to 110 lb cardstock. Colored paper makes it easy to separate rounds or teams.

Cards per page

One card per page gives the largest squares, which is best for seniors and young kids. Two per page is the sweet spot for most games. Four per page saves paper and fits pocket-size play.

Printer settings

In the print dialog, set margins to default or minimum, turn off headers and footers, and select 'Background graphics' if you want the colored card header. Use portrait orientation.

Cutting and finishing

A paper trimmer gives cleaner edges than scissors. For reusable cards, laminate them or slide them into sheet protectors and use dry-erase markers.
