How many cards are possible
A standard 75-ball card chooses five numbers from each column range, in order, with a free center. That produces an enormous number of possible cards, so a set made by a random generator is extremely unlikely to include duplicates.
More cards, better odds
Each card you hold is another chance to complete the pattern. If 20 cards are in play and you hold two of them, your share of the winning chances is roughly two in 20, assuming a single winner and equal cards.

A single line can be won with only a few calls, because there are 12 possible lines on a 5x5 card. A blackout requires every square, so it takes far longer. That's why blackout rounds are saved for the finale.
